Welcome to IVF & Fertility Care Centre Lucknow. By accessing this website or scheduling consultations with Dr. Vishal Gupta (BNYS, MD), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Medical Scope & Consultation

Online consultations provide preliminary case evaluation, medical report review, and lifestyle/naturopathic guidance based on information supplied by the patient. In-person clinical procedures (OPU, ICSI, Embryo Transfer) are conducted strictly at our clinic in Sec. 4, Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

2. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical histories, current medication details, and prior diagnostic reports to ensure safe and effective clinical care.

3. Appointment Rescheduling

Consultation slots may be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the appointment time by contacting our care team at +91 98390 12345.
