At IVF & Fertility Care Centre Lucknow, we aim to provide fair and transparent terms for all consultation and clinical services.

1. Online Consultation Refunds

If an online consultation is cancelled by the patient at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Clinical Procedure Packages

Clinical IVF, ICSI, or IUI procedure packages are itemized based on treatment milestones completed. Detailed terms are provided prior to cycle initiation.
